Toughbook MK Guide

Find your Mk in 3 steps:

  • Restart PC and repeatedly press "F2" key on boot to enter BIOS.

  • Look at the full model string in BIOS (e.g., CF-19FJLS2AM).

  • The 6th character maps to your MK using the table.

    Example: CF-19FJLS2AM → “F” = MK2.

Don’t see your MK or model In our selector? Go to Request MK/Model and send over your laptops info. We may be able to provide it or add it to the website.
