-
Restart PC and repeatedly press "F2" key on boot to enter BIOS.
-

Not sure if your CF-19 is Touchscreen or Digitizer? You must pick the right one or the pen / touch won’t work after recovery. Here’s how to check. 1) Test the screen On any working OS: Finger works, pen not present / not needed → Your unit is Touchscreen → choose a Touchscreen download. Only the stylus/pen works, finger does nothing → Your unit is Digitizer-only → choose a Digitizer download. Both finger and pen work → Your unit is Dual-Touch (digitizer + touch) → choose a Digitizer download. (Dual-Touch models use the Digitizer driver stack, so they go under “Digitizer” here.) Notebook Review 2) Still not sure? Use the model sticker Flip the Toughbook over and find the long model number, for example: CF-19KDRAXCM After CF-19, look at the 2nd character: CF-19 K D RAXCM → here the 2nd character is D That character tells you the screen type: Digitizer / Dual-Touch: C, D, E, F, 6 Touchscreen (finger only): H, J, L, M, 1, 4 Notebook Review So in the example CF-19KDRAXCM: D → Digitizer/Dual-Touch → pick a Digitizer download. 3) Edge cases If your code in that position isn’t in the lists above (or it’s a weird customer-special number), Or if the touch behavior doesn’t match what you see on the sticker, → Email me your full CF-19 model number before you buy and I’ll confirm it manually.
