Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered. If you received the wrong model/MK/Windows or your download link fails, we’ll replace or re-issue access. If we cannot provide a working download for the exact bundle you purchased within 5 business days, we’ll refund you. For help, include your order number and SKU.
